PRINTING
The process of printing can be quite complex at times. The Arel printing module makes
this process far easier to manage and in addition to the process itself, provides management of the
screens and print designs that form the basis of the process.
Each print design is recorded in the system and colour variations of the same print design are recorded
as a separate “colourways”. Further to this, the workflow process of actually creating, testing, and
approving new designs can optionally be managed to provide full control over the work being performed
in the design studio. Arel does not create or sell CAD software, however we are able to integrate to
many systems, depending on their capabilities.
The printing module supports both flat bed and rotary printing and there is no limit to the number of
colours that can be used on a print machine. All of the screens required for a print design are tracked
and the process of etching screens, purchasing, storage and destruction of screens is managed within
the module.
All of the dyestuffs and chemicals used in the printing process and the recipes used to create the
various colours are managed and controlled within the module.
