WAREHOUSE/FACTORY DESIGN
Arel has successfully designed and project managed the creation of warehouses and factories.
The design process is performed in constant consultation with you to ensure you have a full understanding
of the reasoning behind the design and layout of your warehouse or factory.
In addition to this our design team will perform simulations of physical movements within the proposed
layout to ensure the design is capable of meeting your performance criteria. Warehouses using flow racks,
conveyors, remote RF units, advanced picking algorithms and high rise pallet storage have all been designed
by our team.
Factories have also been designed with multiple levels, restricted physical space, and so forth while
still providing optimal processing time and minimal product movements.
In terms of project management, our team will interact with architects, surveyors, local government
authorities, contractors, builders and any other third party that may be required in the design and/or
construction phases.
